The 2026 International Conference on Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (AEME 2026) was grandly held in Beijing, China from March 6th to 8th, 2026. This conference, themed "Exploring New Domains in Aerospace and Driving Mechanical Innovation", is hosted by the School of Aeronautics of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and co-organized by AEIC Academic Exchange Center. It aims to build a high-level and international academic exchange and cooperation platform for experts, scholars, researchers and industry colleagues in the fields of aerospace and mechanical engineering at home and abroad Jointly explore the cutting-edge technologies, innovative achievements and future trends in the field.
Keynote Speech
During the keynote speech session of the conference, four specially invited scholars successively shared their cutting-edge explorations and innovative achievements. The content of their reports was easy to understand and provided valuable academic inspiration for the attending colleagues.

Professor Hu Junhui from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics gave the opening report first, sharing his research results titled "Ultrasonic Enhancement and Preparation of Gas Sensors". Professor Hu's report focused on the innovative application of ultrasonic technology in the field of gas sensing, elaborating on the working principle of the ultrasonic enhanced gas sensing method and introducing a single-sensor electronic nose system based on this technology. He also shared the application achievements of the green liquid-phase ultrasonic nano-coating method in the preparation of highly stable nano gas sensors.

Subsequently, Professor Zhao Zilong from Beihang University delivered a wonderful report titled "Mechanical Optimization Engineering Design Inspired by Biological Structures". Through an interdisciplinary computing framework, he revealed the mechanical optimization mechanisms in biological structures such as aquatic plants, scorpion spines, and plant root systems, providing new ideas for bionic design in the fields of aerospace and mechanical engineering.

Professor Alam Md. Mahbub from Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) delivered a vivid report titled "Asymmetric Tail Fin Kinematics and Its Role in Efficient Fish Propulsion". Professor Alam Md. Mahbub's presentation focused on the asymmetric movement characteristics of fish tail fins. The research found that the asymmetric oscillation with a faster retraction than forward push can simultaneously enhance thrust and propulsion efficiency; the influence laws of different motion parameters on hydrodynamic performance also provide new ideas for the optimal design of bionic underwater thrusters and tidal current energy collection devices.

Finally, Professor Wang Zipeng from of Beijing university of technology brought the morning keynote session to a successful close. He shared an academic report titled "Fuzzy Modeling and Sampling Control of Nonlinear Systems". Professor Wang introduced research achievements such as low-conservative sampling fuzzy control methods, control of nonlinear distributed parameter systems, and sampling fuzzy control of time-delay distributed parameter systems under multiple constraints, focusing on T-S fuzzy modeling and sampling control design. This provided systematic theoretical support for the stability analysis and control design of nonlinear systems.
